We are looking for someone with a spark. A sales spark. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager.

What do we mean by spark? A spark of creativity, a spark of entrepreneurship, a spark of inspiration that makes them a people person, a manager, and a team player with whom we all want to partner, even get behind. We are looking for someone with deep experience in sales and marketing. We are looking for someone who has experience managing a team – knows how to delegate effectively, build team cohesion and culture and align a company's profitability with its people. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude through and through - adversity is only opportunity in waiting. And, we are looking for someone for whom progressive values embodied in B Corps, like Persephone, are resonant and with which they’ll engage, even fight for them.

The compensation for the right candidate will be between $70,000 and $90,000+ bonus, commission and other benefits.
